The capture-to-action flow is genuinely different from anything else I've used. Most tools make you do the work: log the contact, write the notes, set the reminder. Conexa removes almost all of that. I capture the interaction right after it happens, AI structures the context, and I get guided follow-ups without having to think about it. The frequency of use has been high precisely because the friction is low. It takes seconds, not minutes. Integration with CRM also means my pipeline data is actually clean for once, because only structured, qualified interactions are making it through. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The main adjustment is behavioural, not technical. You have to build the habit of capturing immediately after a conversation rather than "later." The tool works best in the moment, so if you batch your logging at end of day, you lose some of the context quality. Not a product flaw, just something to be aware of going in. Ease of implementation was straightforward and onboarding didn't require heavy setup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
