What do you like best about Conectia PRO?

They assigned us a dedicated delivery manager who kept everything on track. We also had the chance to discuss different technical approaches with their CTOs—conversations that helped us think through not only how to build the solution, but also how to position it and communicate it to our market. What do you dislike about Conectia PRO?

My main feedback was about time zone alignment. Since we’re based in Europe, coordinating day to day with LATAM and APAC teams created friction in our workflow. Conectia PRO responded by assigning EU-based engineers to our project, which resolved the issue. Although EU engineers cost more than LATAM resources, having everyone in a unified time zone made collaboration much smoother, and for us it was worth the investment. Recommendations to others considering Conectia PRO:

We were concerned about finding a provider that could operate at that level without driving costs up. Conectia PRO delivered a team of experienced engineers who had already worked together on previous projects, and they brought well-organized methodologies to the table. Having a team that’s already aligned makes a real difference—the time you save on fitting roles, clarifying responsibilities, and getting organized quickly pays off. What problems is Conectia PRO solving and how is that benefiting you?

MintID is a Know Your Agent protocol that enables KYC identity verification to be transferred and reused across agents, while keeping the identity owner’s personal data private. We hired Conectia as our technology partner to help engineer the protocol. The expertise they brought to MintID allowed me to focus on what I do best, without needing to constantly oversee the software development process.
