What do you like best about Cone?

I love that Cone has all of the features that our bookkeeping and accounting firm needs in one place:

- Client task management

- Proposals and billing

- Time tracking

- Integrated emails

- E-signatures

What do you dislike about Cone?

The only minor drawback that my team and I have found with Cone is that it is still a fairly new software, so there are still some features in beta and some small UI bugs to be smoothed out. Even then, their dev team is very quick to reply and correct any issues we bring up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Cone solving and how is that benefiting you?

Cone solved our biggest problem, which was my hope that we could find software that has almost all of the features that we need in one place. This benefits us by allowing us to reduce the number of different subscriptions we have to different software and thus save us money on subscription fees as well.
