Always thrown under the bus, and managers get upset when you question the efficiency to do the job better when they have no idea how the place is ran. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Conduent HR Services:

Flexible with schedule and hours. Lots of amazing (but old) tech. Rank and file people are a wonderiful bunch to work with. Highly recommend Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Conduent HR Services solving and how is that benefiting you?

Listened more to what seasoned employees are suggesting as they are trying to help the business.. Pay raises or at least a cost of living allowance should have been given yearly, Employee morale should have been a consideration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
