What do you like best about Conductor?

Conductor offers a centralized and meticulously organized database that serves as a hub for our global initiatives. This unique tool enables employees, irrespective of their geographical location or functional role, to effortlessly access and maintain a synchronized understanding of project statuses and outcomes—whether they are still pending or already delivered. In my role as an administrator, I am particularly appreciative of the outstanding customer care and support we consistently receive. This dedicated assistance ensures that the tool is optimized to cater to the specific needs of our organization, contributing to a seamless and efficient workflow. What do you dislike about Conductor?

One aspect that I wish was better would be the manual effort it takes to update multiple projects or syncing the project updates, specifically DOI stage and KPI amounts to already utilized excel templates. Support for projects is often linked or tracked offline to the companies ERP and it would be ideal if these templates can then be used to automatically update multiple projects, instead of one-by-one manual updates in the tool. What problems is Conductor solving and how is that benefiting you?

As a newly formed organization, with various corporate initiatives, we struggled with uniform formatting, management/tracking and reporting. Conductor allows for a centralized database which reports one source of truth that can be viewed and aligned with all colleagues no matter their location. Updating project is instantaneous and available for all appropriate parties to see. The tool has provided structure to our process by requiring updates and governance to individual project work which helps the organization understand where we always stand.
