I find the most helpful aspect of Condo Control is the support it provides for managing records and handling the daily activities of both management and staff in a condominium setting. As I use the application and website every day, I continue to discover new features, making it a continuous learning experience. The amenity booking system, along with the flexibility to revise bookings or process authorized refunds for late cancellations, simplifies things for residents and is also connected to our accounting department, which makes tracking any activity straightforward. Mistakes with records can happen, but being able to recover them from the unit's archive is a real relief. Generating packages to notify residents when their store purchases are ready for pickup has also saved time for both management and the Concierge. Condo Control is very user-friendly and makes it incredibly easy to look up residents. Updating amenity bookings can be a bit complicated. The process requires approving the booking first, then making any necessary revisions. However, sometimes people change their minds about certain details of the booking (dates and/or time of the booking) before confirming, so I end up having to approve, adjust, and then either remove the confirmation or just delete the booking and start over.

For announcements, I would really appreciate a button that allows you to exclude non-resident owners after you've selected specific units.
