What do you like best about Concrete Tasks?

Concrete Tasks allows users to set their own priorities and deadlines and through this helps the organization set fit resources to allow them meet their project timelines. It allows users to track an monitor their project progress up to date making it easy for them to identify a problem on time. What do you dislike about Concrete Tasks?

Concrete Tasks has a poor customer support for users who might not be helpful and mostly when they need assistance when implementing this software they may experience delays. Concrete Tasks Has been made flexible to a point that users can customize workflows and familiarize with the system to their specific needs. Time.
