What do you like best about Concord?

I think of Concord as Google docs, Microsoft Word, DocuSign, and a File explorer, all in one. You can track changes in real-time during the negotiation stage, comment and create discussions for third parties and colleagues to review, sign electronically (while staying compliant), and search a database of all of your contracts records. What do you dislike about Concord?

There are several bugs, some of which make it difficult to make use of the system daily. However, the customer care team is very receptive to feedback. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Concord solving and how is that benefiting you?

Concord is working to integrate AI, keeping up with similar products. I believe they are also working to fix formatting and reporting issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
