## About Concord
Concord delivers contract management for the 90% of agreements that don't need legal complexity. Founded in 2014, the company serves 1,500+ SMB and mid-market organizations (50-1,000 employees) across North America and Europe from offices in Austin and Paris. The platform combines contract creation, real-time collaboration, e-signature, and AI-powered review in a single workflow. Business users draft from templates, negotiate in-browser (no more Word attachments), and get AI review in 23 seconds instead of waiting days for legal. Post-signature, automated alerts handle renewals and obligations. Integration with Salesforce, HubSpot, and accounting systems eliminates double-entry. Concord addresses a simple reality: most contracts are routine business transactions that shouldn't require legal intervention. By enabling sales, procurement, and operations teams to self-serve standard agreements, customers reduce contract cycles by 75% on average. Setup takes days, not months. Training takes hours, not weeks. ROI is measured in weeks, not years. Languages Supported: All Concord is deliberately built for SMB/mid-market reality, not enterprise fantasy. While competitors chase Fortune 500 complexity, Concord removes features that slow businesses down. Result: a platform any business user can master in an afternoon. No consultants. No certifications. No 6-figure implementations. Just contract management that works like modern software should - simple, fast, and focused on business outcomes, not legal process. When 65% of our customers have no legal team, that simplicity isn't nice-to-have - it's survival.

## Concord Reviews
 ### 1. one-stop shop for the entire contracts lifecycle

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hannah L. | Junior In-House Counsel, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 02, 2024

**What do you like best about Concord?**

I think of Concord as Google docs, Microsoft Word, DocuSign, and a File explorer, all in one. You can track changes in real-time during the negotiation stage, comment and create discussions for third parties and colleagues to review, sign electronically (while staying compliant), and search a database of all of your contracts records.

**What do you dislike about Concord?**

There are several bugs, some of which make it difficult to make use of the system daily. However, the customer care team is very receptive to feedback.

**What problems is Concord solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Concord is working to integrate AI, keeping up with similar products. I believe they are also working to fix formatting and reporting issues.

 ### 2. Good and Cost-Effective Data Management System for Small Businesses

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tahir A. | Founder and CEO, E-Learning, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 22, 2023

**What do you like best about Concord?**

Concord stands out for its affordability and lack of restrictions on the number of documents for signatures. The process of uploading files and adding signature boxes is uncomplicated, and the interface is user-friendly.

We daily use Comcord for closing various sales and collaboration deals and I feel happy to say it is worth for money.

**What do you dislike about Concord?**

The Concord support team exhibits delays, sometimes exceeding a week in response to queries. Moreover, there is a noticeable absence of video tutorials for guidance on platform usage. Improvements in support response times and the provision of instructional videos could enhance the user experience.

**What problems is Concord solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Concord has addressed all my digital signature needs seamlessly in all kinds of deals with clients, proving to be beneficial for my business.

 ### 3. Not production ready. Many critical bugs

**Rating:** 1.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yurij M. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 28, 2023

**What do you like best about Concord?**

Basic UX is OK. It has a good potential to be a good contract management system. I like that document editing is very flexible and you can add as much text as you'd like. Smart fields are good.

**What do you dislike about Concord?**

I have been utilizing the premium version of Concord for over a year, during which I have signed numerous documents. My advice based on this experience: I would recommend considering other options.

The software is riddled with glitches. For instance, when sharing a contract with a client, there's a chance that your colleague's email might appear as the client's email. The support team might suggest that this could be due to your colleague forwarding their invitation, which in my case, was not true.

Moreover, if you operate two companies and share a contract, you might encounter a malfunction in the sharing feature, resulting in your contract being visible to your other company.

Another limitation is that you cannot create a new Statement of Work (SOW) from a previously signed one, as signed documents are protected from copying. The workaround involves manually selecting all, copying, and pasting into a new document, which is far from efficient.

When reporting these issues, you're likely to be asked to "book a call if the issue persists," which can be frustrating. Additionally, the software's update cycle is slow, with almost no new features introduced over the past year.

As someone who runs a design agency and has extensive knowledge in product management, I believe these issues reflect a flawed management style within the company, casting doubts on its future prospects.

In light of these experiences, I am considering switching to alternative tools.

**What problems is Concord solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing dozens of MSA, SOW, NDA and other contracts withc agyncy clients and subcontractors. I use it for two of my companies.

 ### 4. User friendly !

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lilly D. | Employee, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 03, 2023

**What do you like best about Concord?**

The customer service is unmatched! You can book appointments with your account manager within 24 hours using a simple feature in their signature, and they always solve or answer questions quickly. I also love the signature configuration feature. With that, there is no way someone signed in the wrong spot!

**What do you dislike about Concord?**

Not all of their features are at their best, but they are constantly improving. For example, the fact that you can't hyperlink anything in the contracts adds significant work on our end.

**What problems is Concord solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The formatting issues have been solved over the years and saved us a lot of time as we were constantly testing and getting formatting errors here and there before. The only thing that still isn't 100% is the numbering feature.

 ### 5. Great electronic signature software for small business

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matthew W. | Attorney, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 17, 2023

**What do you like best about Concord?**

Concord offers unlimited electronic signature requests, so I don't have to worry about limits. It's easy to use, and I have never had a problem where a client doesn't understand where to sign. It's also cheaper than the competition.

**What do you dislike about Concord?**

I can't think of anything I dislike. I'm very pleased with the software. The interface might be a little confusing the first few times you use it, but it's quite simple after that.

**What problems is Concord solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Concord allows me to request unlimited numbers of documents for signature from clients via email. I couldn't do my job otherwise since the signatures are a requirement.

 ### 6. Yes to Concord

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Insurance | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 14, 2022

**What do you like best about Concord?**

Implementation was easy with our Client Success Manager and the Technical Team assisting us. Our Client Success Manager is helpful and responsive when we have questions.
There was no third-party implementation team to add to our communications and cost. The user controls are easy to use, and the interface is clean and straightforward.
I love that many of our contracts are now being returned in 1-2 days when it used to take weeks!

**What do you dislike about Concord?**

Concord does not have an internal spell-check, and documents can only be sent to external signers one at a time. I hope the developers can add these features in the future!

**What problems is Concord solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our organization now receives notifications when contracts are about to expire, so we don't have to keep track of that manually or search through contracts to get that information. The best part is that it's so quick and easy to search for and find documents with just a few clicks using the Search, Filter, and Tags tools.

 ### 7. Fantastic, easy to use contracts database

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Thomas A. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 07, 2023

**What do you like best about Concord?**

Concord is a fantastic solution for small businesses looking to maintain and manage a contracts database. The software is easy to use and it's very powerful for the legal team to create templates and allow the business to draft contracts or other legal documents quickly and easily - with the confidence that standard terms cannot be changed. The support and customer management team are always quick to respond and happy to jelp.

**What do you dislike about Concord?**

While Concord has a high level of customisation in some cases (e.g., smart fields, custom tags, etc.) some of the functionality could be more customisable - such as if a date appears on the signing fields. However, the Concord team are always receptive to feedback.

**What problems is Concord solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Contract Management including Contract Database across all elements of the business.

 ### 8. Force multiplier in my small business' contract lifecycle management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Research | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 15, 2022

**What do you like best about Concord?**

I love that creating new contracts and processing them through execution is SO much easier and faster, because templates and signature management is all streamlined now.

**What do you dislike about Concord?**

It's not very intuitive yet, and the graphic user interface isn't super well developed yet. But, I've gotten used to the layouts, and I've played in the system and figured a LOT out by myself and am learning fast with the help of the EXCELLENT customer support.

**What problems is Concord solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am Chief of Staff for my company, so I handle all our Contracts, Finance and Accounting, Business Development, Proposal Management and Writing, HR, etc. I was previously keeping track of our contracts using Excel spreadsheets, but it was so complicated, and since I wasn't working in contracts on a daily basis, it was almost impossible to keep track of the status of all our necessary contracts. Concord has saved me by providing an organizational system that makes it easy to create, process, store, and replicate our contracts.

 ### 9. Great Program For Managing Contracts

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 18, 2023

**What do you like best about Concord?**

The upsides of using Concord are collaborating on managing the process of approval stages with contracts for new customers and renewals for our business. The program is really helpful for our team as we can create templates we regularly use and easily search documents we need to review.

**What do you dislike about Concord?**

The main dislike is more of a feature request related to maintaining the proper formatting when uploading Word documents. Sometimes they upload, and the formatting is funky.

**What problems is Concord solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The program helps us manage the process of approvals, bringing in all the stakeholders who need to be aware and/or approve certain aspects of the contracts, and makes the process more efficient.

 ### 10. Excellent and simple programme

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tom M. | Director of Operations, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 11, 2023

**What do you like best about Concord?**

Ease of use and simple interface. The product is also competitively priced and has made significant changes in the way we manage staff contracts. Multi user and security are good.

**What do you dislike about Concord?**

Sometimes it is harder to locacte contracts if issued by another user and put into another folder. This issue is minor however, the rest is easy to use.

**What problems is Concord solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Contract storage and administration
