Concord as a system to negotiate your contacts is quite superior. A centralized location to dance with your contracting party and invite others to comment as well. Internal and external comments allow an honest discussion of terms. A clause library allows options with approval to keep the discussions moving. Workflows and now conditional workflows afford the confidence that the right approvals and reviews occur. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
