What do you like best about Concord?

What I like most is that I’m no longer juggling separate tools for cookie consent, DSARs, and policy updates—it’s all handled in Concord now. The banners are compliant out of the box, so I’m not constantly second-guessing whether they’re set up correctly. And when a privacy law changes, the policies update themselves instead of becoming another task that lands on my desk. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Concord?

The setup took as expected — data mapping and getting the integrations wired up wasn't something I could finish in an afternoon. The AI drafts for questionnaires are a good starting point but I still edit most of them before they go out. I'd also like more control over how the reports are formatted. What problems is Concord solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Concord, our privacy compliance work was scattered across spreadsheets, a separate cookie tool, and endless back-and-forth with legal every time something changed. Now, consent management, data requests, and our policies all live in one place and mostly run themselves. The biggest benefit is time: I’m no longer the bottleneck for privacy, and I’m not lying awake wondering whether our cookie banner would hold up in an audit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
