What do you like best about ConceptDraw DIAGRAM?

The variety and use case examples is unparalleled. Plus the graphics are great. Designed from the ground up to be cross platform. We are a Mac shop so this feature alone is a prime driver. Constant additions to the suite are almost overwhelming. Ease of use - intuitive is an understatement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ConceptDraw DIAGRAM?

Licensing and upgrade policy is confusing but it has gotten better over the years. I have used Diagram where I previously used CAD to construct process flow diagrams. Not all templates allow cross-over or cross-under depictions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ConceptDraw DIAGRAM solving and how is that benefiting you?

Generate process flow diagrams of complex processes. The biggest benefit is cost savings over CAD and ease of use especially when compared to Visio and CAD apps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
