What problems is Concept solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed some additional sales power to help us grow our customer base. We have 2 separate companies that we are positioning with our customers. One an asset-based LTL company - Standard Forwarding Freight and the other a non-asset LTL and TL brokerage company - SAKAEM Logistics. I've been using Concept now for the past 6 months and just renewed our agreement with them. They've generated many positive leads for both companies - some very large opportunities. I've also just adjusted our go to market strategy with our local customer base and integrated Concept into that plan.
