Compstak contains much more reliable data than CoStar and other platforms and has more detailed data (TI allowance, abatement). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about CompStak Prospect?
CompStak is based on a point system, and points are given by inputting comps into the database. Thus, if you do not have points and do not have any lease comps to input, you cannot obtain any lease data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
