What do you like best about CompLogix?

CompLogix is the most flexible, intuitive product I've ever used to manage compensation planning. The platform is highly customizable and can easily accept recommendations for performance, merit, short-term incentive and long-term incentive. Best of all, our end users love it! Recommendations to others considering CompLogix:

The CompLogix platform is straightforward to set up and manage. The support team is always available and open to customizing your business needs. Our end users have given me endless compliments stating that CompLogix is a 100% improvement versus our previous platform. And the best part is that the calculations work...regardless of how complicated your comp plans are. Another plus is the customizable comp statements. What problems is CompLogix solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our previous product was not at all flexible. CompLogix allows us to make updates to our data on the fly, which happens often. The system setup is amazingly quick and easy, which frees up our lean team to work on the many other projects associated with year-end. Another benefit is the dynamic budgets...as employees are hired or terminated during the process, the budgets automatically adjust to reflect the changes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
