What do you like best about Complete Payroll Suite?

I like having an account representative that is able to make changes for me and is available for when I have questions. I also like I can pull multiple company's reports in the dashboard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Complete Payroll Suite?

Human error is always a possibility. There are no automated checks in place that flag of information inputted may be incorrect. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Complete Payroll Suite:

On boarding is easy. Once you get in a regular cadence they're a great resource. It has taken time to see changes made after requesting from my account rep. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Complete Payroll Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?

Small business not having in house HR. We are able to use Complete Payroll has our payroll provider. It's great they'll pay our payroll taxes, create W2s, and other stuff that we wouldn't be able to do in house. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
