What do you like best about Compass?

Compass runs on our private infrastructure, so our sensitive employee records, HR policies, and performance reviews never leave our environment. The project-based organization keeps different departments and teams completely separate with no data leakage between workstreams. We upload everything from HR policy documents and benefits spreadsheets to employee handbooks. The role-based AI personas are useful our HR team can quickly review policies against labor regulations and compliance requirements. What do you dislike about Compass?

Our internal IT team handled the initial setup and deployment, which required extra coordination. Also, when we load large batches of HR documents or employee records, the application can experience short processing delays while cross-referencing citations before rendering answers. What problems is Compass solving and how is that benefiting you?

We faced a difficult tradeoff: improving our HR research efficiency or maintaining strict data compliance. Most cloud-based AI tools would transfer sensitive employee files and HR documents to third-party servers, violating our data governance policies. Compass resolves this by performing secure document analytics within our managed environment. Our HR operations team can now run automated compliancechecks and cross-reference multi-page HR policies.
