What do you like best about CommunicatorBase?

CommunicatorBase - has revolutionized the way we manage our business. From vendors, orders, payments, and shipments, everything flows through the communicator - enabling us to stay on top of everything - orders coming from our vendors, COGS, payments, shipments, and inventory levels. Everything is done via CommunicatorBase, so there's no need for emails and Excel attachments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CommunicatorBase?

The system is not very "pretty"; you can see they are focused on going deep and less about the user experience. But the data is spot on! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CommunicatorBase solving and how is that benefiting you?

CommunicatorBase links between our internal systems and our suppliers. By feeding in quantity-on-hand and sales data, CommunicatorBase helps us create smart orders that will arrive just in time, reducing inventory levels to a minimum. Suppliers receive orders and create shipments back to us. All of the order statuses, shipments, and payments are tracked from one simple interface. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
