I use the Communication Recording Agent to record online meetings and important conversations, which saves me from having to remember every detail and from taking notes while people are talking. I like how easy it is to use; I can start recording meetings with very little setup, and the recordings are clear and well-organized. The simple interface means I don't spend time learning how to use the tool and can start recording quickly without changing settings. The initial setup was very easy and only took a few minutes.
