I was introduced to Commio when it was still thinQ. The ease of use and navigating through the website is very efficient. It literally takes minutes to perform the tasks necessary which is very mich needed in sales. The implementation of 2FA in order to log in, while not difficult, creates loss of time to get to what I need to do. Finding another way to create security while not having to find your phone, get to the authenticator app and type in the number in order to log in would be very beneficial.
