Commerce AI has been helpful to our clients in multiple ways, it has been helpful in automation of workflows or managing customer data and even doing quick analysis on that. Hence, so far everything is good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Commerce AI still need some sort of a direction in terms of which area of data management they want to move forward to. If I'd suggest, there is scope of improvement in terms of additional backend connectors to make this a universal workflow software etc. But depending on cost, it provides ample amout of features, so that is definitely a plus.
