"Hands-Off Google Review Replies That Match My Tone and Save Time"

What do you like best about Comment Assist?

The best part is how little I have to think about it. It drafts replies to my Google reviews in the tone I'd actually use, I just glance and approve from the email — no dashboard, no logging in separately. Saved me probably 20-30 minutes a week I used to spend crafting responses one by one, and I never fall behind on new reviews anymore. Setup took minutes and it plugged straight into my existing tools with no fuss. Once it's running, replies come fast — and that matters, because responding to reviews quickly used to mean dropping whatever I was doing to multitask, which I hate. Now I just approve from email and move on. The pricing (~€100-150/mo) is nothing next to what Google My Business brings me in clients, so it's an easy call. What do you dislike about Comment Assist?

Took a little time to nail my tone at first — the early drafts were decent but not quite "me". That got fixed quickly though, and now the replies sound right without me touching them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Comment Assist solving and how is that benefiting you?

The main problem is time. I don't mind replying to reviews myself, but past a certain point I noticed I was writing the same thing over and over, and constantly had to context-switch just to not fall behind on responses.
