Commenda's team, especially our point of contact Roshni, was consistently professional throughout the incorporation. What stood out most was how they handled the non-standard parts of our case, like coordinating DSC issuance for a foreign (Japan-based) director and navigating the extra steps that come with majority-foreign ownership. They worked through each issue patiently and explained the reasoning behind each requirement, which gave us real confidence as complete first-timers with Indian company law. If I had to name one thing, it's that Commenda's pricing is on the higher end compared to other incorporation services we looked at. That said, given the quality and professionalism of the team, it felt worth it — we were confident we were in good hands throughout a process we had zero prior experience with. As first-time foreign founders, we had no experience with India's banking and compliance requirements — things like Central KYC Registry (CKYCR) registration and the back-and-forth with our bank needed to open a corporate account backed by foreign investment were completely unfamiliar to us.
