What do you like best about Commenda?

What stands out most is the team’s responsiveness and hands-on support. Bryce and Clifford have been great, helping us navigate complex, state-specific compliance issues—from registrations to audits. What do you dislike about Commenda?

Honestly, there isn't much to dislike — If anything, we sometimes have to stay on top of following up, and small things occasionally slip through on our end. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Commenda solving and how is that benefiting you?

Commenda has streamlined our multi-state sales tax compliance, which was previously fragmented and difficult to manage across 20+ states. They've helped us with state registrations, ongoing filings, and audit support (including our PA and NY state audits). Transitioning fully from Avalara to Commenda gave us a single, more reliable platform for tracking nexus and filing obligations, which has saved significant time and reduced the risk of compliance gaps.
