What do you like best about Comm100?

Comm100 has been easy to use overall, and I’ve had a positive experience with their support team when working through workflow and notification issues. Live chat support was quick and responsive, and moving from the browser version to the desktop app made a noticeable difference for me. What do you dislike about Comm100?

Some notification and workflow features worked more smoothly for me in the desktop application than in the browser version, so there was a small learning curve in figuring out the best setup for my workflow. However, the support team was responsive and helped resolve the issue quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Comm100 solving and how is that benefiting you?

Comm100 has made it easier to manage conversations and stay aware of incoming activity throughout the workday without needing to constantly keep a browser tab open in the foreground. Switching to the desktop application improved notifications and made multitasking much more practical for my workflow. The support team was also quick to respond and helped resolve the issue efficiently when I reached out through live chat. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
