The new interface is fantastic with unlimited customization capabilities. Consulting processes are fully automated and automatic tasks and reminders are set to go directly to the responsible according to the process logic and rules implemented in the workflow design. The workflow and the application built with low-code can be edited and modified by our team with no coding experience. The Low-code functionalities of Comidor is exactly what we needed. We managed to build by ourselves new applications with workflows for customer service and I like most that our clients can take part in the process, allowing the workflow to go to the next step.
