One thing I find especially useful about Comet is how it connects patient access activities with the numbers we need to review particularly around appointment scheduling, patient inquiries, and contact center performance. Instead of having to dig through multiple operational reports to figure out why response times or scheduling outcomes have changed, I can use its analytics and performance insights to get a clearer picture. The AI agents can also help with routine patient interactions across supported channels.
The interface makes it easier to track these activities without getting overwhelmed by too much information, and connecting patient access systems adds helpful context to the data. I’ve also found these insights valuable for spotting recurring patient service issues that might otherwise go unnoticed in day to day reporting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some dashboard views could offer more control over which metrics appear first, especially when I’m preparing reports for different stakeholders. It would also be helpful to have flexible, saved report layouts so I can reuse the same setup depending on the audience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
