What do you like best about Comb?

The clients' ease of use of fabulous! No login to remember, text notifications for anything you would want! I've not seen AI integration quite like it. Also, your client can upload their Spotify Playlist, how cool is that?!? Really easy to set up and import your client contacts. Mike and his team is wicked fast in responding to any needs or requests. Truly the app and website are top notch!!!! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Comb?

I would like to see more various reporting options but frankly it's only a matter of time and they will build those up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Comb solving and how is that benefiting you?

Client communication is top notch. As a hairstylist that gets phone call anxiety the automation with text communication is thorough! I really don't have time during my day for phone conversations. My no show rate has diminished drastically! So it's been a great benefit because I can't make money if no one is in my chair. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
