What do you like best about Collective Health?

I like I can login to the app quickly and have an over view of benefits plans and coverage information all in 1 place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Collective Health?

Often times, collective needs to call my insurance provider on my behalf if they don’t know the extent of my inquiries while I am on hold. To me, this isn’t efficient and I could just as well do the same. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
