It gives an option to share it with very discreet group of people and also helps in tracebility. It's facebook like feature to add and share options which people can view publically is really great. Colleconline is currently only cloud based so large organisations planning to use this applications will have use the public cloud variant only. It can't be intalled on-prem. Other than that i didnt see any challenges Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
