What do you like best about Cognizo?

What I like best about Cognizo is how clean and easy the dashboard is to use. The platform presents data and recommendations in a way that is straightforward and easy to understand, making it simple to take action on insights. I also appreciate the level of support provided by my account manager, Stevi, who meets with me biweekly to review results, discuss updates, and offer recommendations. What do you dislike about Cognizo?

One challenge with Cognizo is that the platform can feel overwhelming at first because there is so much information available and many different sections to navigate. New users may experience a learning curve while becoming familiar with the dashboard and all of its capabilities. Regular guidance from your account manager, along with hands-on use and asking questions, makes it much easier to understand over time! Additionally, while the platform provides a wide range of recommendations, some suggestions are not always relevant or practical for every organization or situation. What problems is Cognizo solving and how is that benefiting you?

Cognizo is helping us improve our Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) strategy and increase our online visibility. Since implementing the platform, our visibility has increased by approximately 4% in four months. The reporting is easy to understand and provides actionable insights rather than just data.

The biggest benefit has been helping me prioritize marketing investments. The recommendations make it easier to identify which initiatives are likely to have the greatest impact on visibility and search performance.
