I love how friendly their UI/UX is. They have a drag and drop flow chart that is fluid and flexible. Without writing a single line of code, you can build your logic using their inbuilt tools (they call it nodes). They also have a lot of integration with third-party tools. Nothing much. However, since Cognigy is still a startup, there are still features lacking compared to the other big boys. For example, their analytics and translation features still have much room for improvement. But I heard they are actively developing new features, so these problems should go away in due time.
