What do you dislike about Cognician?

I used to dislike that I had to refine everything all the time, but with Cognition I’ve learned that it’s on me. I need to refine how I use my AI tool responsibly by using customer itemization, agents, research tools, and similar features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This journey has truly been informative and valuable to my work, and I believe it can be for all of us. The company has provided us with AI Agents to help minimize repetition in our day-to-day work life, and it’s an awesome tool for exactly that. What problems is Cognician solving and how is that benefiting you?

My experience with Cognition and learning how to get more out of Microsoft Copilot has been extremely valuable. One of the biggest things I’ve learned is just how many tools and capabilities are available within Copilot to help improve the quality of the work we do.

I use Copilot throughout my day as a Trader Support Analyst for research, analysis, refining ideas, organizing information, coaching, and improving everyday processes. As I’ve learned more about the available tools and how to use them effectively, I’ve been able to produce stronger results while becoming more efficient in how I approach my work.

The biggest benefit for me is capacity. Using Copilot to support some of my day-to-day processes allows me to spend less time on repetitive or time-consuming work and more time taking on additional responsibilities and supporting my newer teammates when they need help.

For me, the real value of Copilot is not simply getting an answer faster. It is learning how to use the right tools for the right situation, improving how I work, and creating more time to focus on the people and work that need my attention. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
