For me, I just love the UI. It’s so easy to find your way around, and it’s simple to train other staff members on it, so overall it’s a great product fit. In terms of integration, it’s also very easy to implement—I think we did all of ours in a couple of hours. Performance is on point and it allows you to be so much more efficient. 1) Cogito can only be as good as the data quality behind it, so if the data is poorly organised it can lead to inconsistent answers. For example, we have finance policies stored across three different SharePoint folders with conflicting versions, and that produces different answers.
2) The setup cost was initially higher than I would have liked.
3) It’s also worth noting that AI makes mistakes, so this needs to be factored in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
