I've used enough CRMs over the years to develop a bit of a love-hate relationship with them. Most of the time they end up feeling like an administrative chore: updating opportunities, filling out fields, logging activities, and generating reports for someone else. Coevera is different. The information is easy to access, and the UI is straightforward enough that I never felt like I was fighting the system to find what I needed. The workflow automation tools were also a pleasant surprise. Not because I wanted to automate everything, but because they helped me stop wasting time on repetitive tasks that added very little value. I found out through research that Coevera is not just a CRM. The company invested in merging business management with professional development for salespeople via content, training, and continuous support tools. Not something I see frequently in this market. Coevera brings a lot more value to active sales teams than to companies that simply need a place to store contacts. If all you're looking for is a digital address book, you're probably not going to take full advantage of what the platform offers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
