The interface is clean and easy to navigate. The questions seem well targeted and realistic, without catering to overly-niche domain knowledge or rote memorization. The coding exercises were effective and reliable, and reasonably easy to understand, although the Java exercise I attempted did not clarify the criteria for the desired output very well. It seems like the time limits are a little too short, and favor speed readers and rote memorization over analytical skill and attention to detail. Like most standardized assessments, it also struggles to capture the skill one might display in a real-world software engineering environment, but not as badly as most of them do.
