What do you like best about Codility?

What I like best about Codility is its ability to provide objective and accurate programming assessments. The platform offers a wide range of challenges that cover various areas of computer science, from algorithms to data structures. The automated and detailed evaluations help identify candidates' strengths and areas for improvement efficiently. Additionally, the interface is intuitive and easy to use for both recruiters and candidates. The detailed reporting feature is also very useful for post-assessment analysis. What do you dislike about Codility?

What I dislike about Codility is that, in some cases, the problems can be too similar to each other, which can limit the assessment of varied skills. Additionally, the difficulty of the challenges can sometimes be unbalanced; some problems are extremely difficult, while others can be too easy. I have also noticed that the integration with certain HR platforms could be smoother to enhance the hiring process.
