Codia surfaces everything I need in seconds: previous interactions, where the deal stands, what came up last time. I walk in knowing everything without having to carve out time I don't have. The follow-up is just as good - right after a call it's already helping me capture what happened and what's next. It fits into how I actually work, which is rare for these kinds of tools. Still early days, so there are rough edges here and there. I'd love to see more customization in how the prep briefs are structured because sometimes I want to surface different things depending on the type of meeting. Time, mostly. We have a lot of accounts moving at once and context-switching between them is expensive. I know my clients - but pulling up the full picture of an account right before a call used to take more time than I had. Now that's instant. I prep faster, my follow-ups go out faster, and I have a cleaner record of how each relationship is evolving.
