"A practical boost for development work"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Codex?

What I like most about Codex is that it helps us move faster in development without wasting time on repetitive tasks. We use it about four times a week among three team members to understand existing code, propose solutions, refactor, and detect errors. I find it especially useful because I can review its suggestions and adapt them to our project, instead of always starting from scratch. It has significantly improved our workflow and allows us to focus more on important decisions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Codex?

What I like the least is that the first proposal is not always ready to use, and you have to review the context, make adjustments, and thoroughly validate the changes before incorporating them into the project. In complex tasks, it can also make different decisions than expected if the instruction is not very clear. I don't consider it a serious problem because human review is still necessary, but it would be useful if it understood the complete context of the repository better and showed more clearly why it proposes each change.
