What do you like best about CodeRunner?

CodeRunner comes in handy throughout my daily grind. Whenever I need to quickly verify a script or debug some work automation before committing to a full development setup, it’s usually my first stop. I use CodeRunner a lot to test small chunks of Python, JS, and bash that might be part of sysadmin tasking, monitoring, data processing, or just an internal automation piece I’m tinkering with. Being able to fire up CodeRunner and run the code right away helps me figure out whether the issue is in the script itself or in the environment around it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CodeRunner?

The interface sometimes felt a bit shallow, especially when I was working on more complicated or larger tasks. In those cases, I often ended up switching back to a full IDE because I needed more advanced debugging tools, better navigation across the entire project, or deeper source-control integration. I also found that the documentation and configuration options for less common runtimes weren’t as easy to find or as clearly presented upfront. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
