I like that Coderbuds is simple to use. I can log in straight away with my GitHub login, and the one-click GitHub integration pulls in my existing pull requests and historical data, so I can get going straight away. I use the data for details like cycle time and code quality. It helps me find bottlenecks, understand which parts of the software delivery life cycle need improvements, and work out how my engineers are performing in my one-to-ones.
