What problems is CodeIgniter solving and how is that benefiting you?

I have used this Framework for my personal website to understand the better view of the working knowledge on the multiple versions like example Codeigniter 3 or 4, etc. I utilize all aspects of this Framework, like the database connection to fetch the API from other platforms. It's very easy to work on it and utilize this framework. I personally recommend this Framework for your system and website, it's very easy to use and can turn your dreams into reality.
