When they were contacted via the email address listed on thier site; they took the unprofessional approach of not responding to my billing inquiry in essence stealing almost 270.00 from my account. A company is only as good as thier customer service and in the case of Codecademy; thier customer service is trash despite the product being nothing more than a consolidated compilation of what one can find online by using free services. Codecademy is nothing more than a fancy UI compiling data that you can find for free....on platforms such as freecodecamp.org. **What do you dislike about Codecademy?** Theft of my funds.
