Very powerful REST API **What do you dislike about codebeamer?** Interface can be slow until caches are built up Review system could be better, missing simple features like scrolling through the list of requirements to see what comments have been added Draw.io plug-in for the editor is an old version and is missing a lot of features, causing usability problems with diagrams. PTC are still getting used to owning Codebeamer which causes a slow response for purchasing and licensing issues and tech support is patchy while they go through this transition. **What problems is codebeamer solving and how is that benefiting you?** We need an ALM tool capable of working with us (rather than against us) for a highly complex medical device development, across all disciplines from human factors to mechanical, electronics and software as well as risk. The thoroughly integrated and traceable approach, with a powerful and programmable export facility, allows us to achieve this very efficiently. ### 10.
