"Real Android development right from your mobile phone."

4/5

What do you like best about Code on the Go?

What I found and love most about Code on the Go is that you can develop and Compile Android apps right on your phone without using a powerful and expensive laptop or having a stable internet connection. This tool makes the process much more convenient for anyone who whishes to do so without any expensive or uncomfortable equipment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Code on the Go?

While it is an outstanding mobile application for coding, debugging and compiling intricate programs on a small screen may be challenging.

Additionally, compiling heavier programs drains the battery faster than one would anticipate, and unlike Android studio for desktop computers, it doesn't support the vast collection of plugins for advanced enterprise development. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Code on the Go solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Code on the go, working on your Android ideas or debugging your snippets while out and about required lugging around a heavy laptop. Code on the go enables you to have an android dev environment on your phone.

This is incredibly powerful for our engineering team. It allows us to be more productive on the go. We can prototype, test, and debug Java or Kotlin code from our phones without being tethered to a desk. Even if we are offline, it removes a lot of friction in the development workflow and enables us to be more productive overall. It removes geographical and equipment barriers, saving time and development momentum going wherever we are .
