What do you like best about Code of Talent?

The best thing is that the entire experience is GUIDED by the facilitator, providing participants with feedback, comments, evaluation and badges.

It's also SOCIAL, focused on sharing and learning from others, and GAMIFIED, providing a sense of progress and achievement in a very engaging and funny way! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Code of Talent solving and how is that benefiting you?

The biggest benefit is that Code of Talent microlearning platform is fixing one of the most challenging issue: the so called 'learning transfer'. We forget 80% of what we have learned in 30 days if there is no attempt to retain. Code of Talent addresses this specific issue, by keeping all participants engaged on the topic right after they attended a face-to-face workshop. It's really a great experience!
