I embrace it and it is extremely useful to have bits of information tested as you go. I like that it sends updates, but it should send them in bulk at some hour. This would remove the part where I check my phone every half hour to see that some colleague liked an answer. I don't know if there's an option to change the frequency, but it should be more promoted.
