What do you like best about CocoSign?

Since I started using CocoSign, I have enjoyed how safe and secure it is for keeping medical records organized. I love the platform because it provides us with a virtual vault where we store patient documents records. Comparing it with previous applications and software that I've tried out before, it's very effective in getting medical documents signed on time. What do you dislike about CocoSign?

Although CocoSign is mobile-friendly, I wouldn't say I like that there is no mobile app available for Android and Apple. Creating one would significantly improve the user experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CocoSign solving and how is that benefiting you?

Getting documents to be signed was a significant problem in our clinic, and it took lots of time to get orders signed. However, CocoSign solves this problem because healthcare professionals using the web app find it easy to handle the associated paperwork since it only requires internet connectivity. "Avoid, non existent customer service!"

What do you like best about CocoSign?

Cocosign worked well for the first year and a half, but shortly after paying the annual renewal fee our customers were not receiving emails or documents to sign. Customers could not even sign documents sent via a signing link. Contacted Cocosign numerous times but they do not even have the courtesy to respond. I want a refund but again my request has been ignored. We are a charity who really rely on getting contracts signed so we can provide our service, and we have not been able to do this for nearly a month. Now having to find alternative solutions! Please do not sign up with cocosign if you value your business and customers, there is no support or help if problems arise! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CocoSign?

No response from support, extremely disappointed and frustrated. Want a refund of our fee as we have not been able to use, obviously still waiting for a reply from them. Terrible service! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Terrible Customer Service, System has periodic outages and issues."

What do you like best about CocoSign?

Cocosign, for about two years, was a decent system with the ability to have unlimited links and templates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CocoSign?

Their customer service was subpar at best. Trying to get in contact with their support was almost impossible and non existent. We had issues pertaining to clients receiving emails and it took days to get a response and did not look good on our company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Cocosign was supposed to help us ease our issues with our employees signing documents and clients signing off on electronic documents. However, their system had issues with emailing clients and preventing us from being able to work with them and eventually having to navigate away from their system. What do you like best about CocoSign?

Its dashboard is amazing and anyone can work on it easily. I use CocoSign to digitally sign my documents and agreement with clients. This software makes coordination very easy with its real-time updates and tracking. I have always been satisfied with the software and how it serves the very purpose for which it was designed. What do you like best about CocoSign?

I love how this tool provides the flexibility to supervise documents, whether our recipient has seen a document or not. Moreover, we can inform them about sent documents and we can set reminders to let them know about the document. CocoSign comes in handy for our globally spread clients. It is very easy to upload forms, add a few fields, and navigate them by phone. I like that I can make certain fields necessary and others optional and that I can send them to many signers while making make sure I get valid signatures. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CocoSign?

Having control of all documents using a mobile is all good until we have to get signs for our non-techy clients. They find it difficult to sign the documents through mobile, I hope they will make it easier for mobile too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It really helps to be able to do everything from a complex NDA to a simple one-page agreement. CocoSign automation provides sending those documents to people who need to sign and then returning them as a completed and signed document is immaculate. What do you like best about CocoSign?

CocoSign has been a great tool for our department, helping us make changes on student outlines. We've had to make some adjustments, but overall it's benefitted our department in the long run. What do you like best about CocoSign?

Easy to see who signed and who is left to sign the document. Easy flow from uploading the document to naming and assigning appropriate people to sign in the right place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CocoSign?

The only real thing I dislike is once you are set up that every time you open a document, it now open CocoSign. There needs to be a way to assign a default open doc. Not all the time do I want to have signage and usually just want to open the document regualry. This can be very annoying and takes away from the user experience. What do you like best about CocoSign?

I like this tool it provides the flexibility to keep and organize records. As a Marketer, I use this tool for organizing the document that I want to send to my clients. Sometimes I want to send one document to many clients so the "Bulk send" feature of cocosign helps me a lot to do this. Handling signature paperwork is made extremely efficient with CocoSign’s features.
