Cocoon has made the leave process exponentially easier as an employer and for our employees.Cocoon takes the burden off our team to manage leave approvals, staying on top of state leave laws, and assisting our payroll team with leave pay.

From an employee perspective, Cocoon's dashboard provides a great visualization of their leave plan, displays all pay sources, and handles communications to managers and HR so the employee can focus on what's important.

The support team is knowledgeable and usually quick to respond when issues or confusion inevitably arises (leaves are confusing!).
