What do you like best about CocoFax?

I can send faxes from my phone/computer to anyone without needing to have a physical fax machine Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CocoFax?

It doesn't let you know if the scanned documents you're trying to send are formatted/sized weirdly. For example, i sent a fax a couple of times and the recepient told me that the fax that they received was printed on regular letter paper but it seemed like it needed a bigger size of paper. Try CocoFax’s 14 days free trial. You will get a free fax number from CocoFax. In fact, you can even choose your own fax number.Once you are done with the sign up process, you will be taken to your CocoFax dashboard. You can also access this dashboard through any computer just by logging into you...

You can click Setting Fax Cover to customize your fax cover, and click the Setting icon for other settings such as the Retry option.

To send a fax, you will have to click on the ‘NEW FAX’ button on the corner of the dashboard. This will open a fax creation popup. You can draft your fax here.

Once the ‘Send Fax’ popup has opened, you can create your fax by filling these fields: In the ‘To’ field, enter the fax number of the receiver. If you want to add a note ot the fax, you can add it in the ‘Subject’ field. You can also add a cover page to the fax if you wish. This page will appea...

Once you have created the fax, you can hit on ‘Send Now’ button. CocoFax will dial the receiver’s fax machine and transmit your fax.

"Frustrating Experience, Poor Customer Support"

What do you like best about CocoFax?

What do you dislike about CocoFax?

I had significant issues with CocoFax that made my experience extremely frustrating. Firstly, the main purpose of using CocoFax was to receive faxes, but despite having paid the subscription, I received an error stating 'fax not available.' I was unable to receive any faxes. Despite paying twice for the service, neither of the fax numbers worked. Customer support was unresponsive and unhelpful, initially just advising to 'try again later,' and even after they claimed it should work, it never did. They also didn't process my refund request, which was particularly disappointing. Lastly, while setting up the service was easy, it ultimately never functioned, making the entire experience futile. I found the customer service especially lacking, to the point where I suggested they replace the entire team due to their unhelpfulness. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CocoFax?

I appreciate that CocoFax is a reliable service for handling my important information, especially since there are no local places where I can fax my documents. I love the high-quality fax transmissions and the superb speed with which I can send faxes. Saving time is crucial for me, especially when I'm in a hurry, and CocoFax enables me to avoid traveling several miles to find a business that can fax for me. "Excellent for WFH"

What do you like best about CocoFax?

I like the ease it provides for sending faxes through my desktop. As a small agency that is home-based, I don't have to buy a fax machine and can use this freely from my desktop and mobile device. Sending faxes have never been this easy, and the personalized fax numbers also is a huge plus. Me and my staff have easily implemented this within our agency, and we are able to use it as frequently as possible. This has been easily integrated within my agency, with it being as simple to send to fax numbers, emails, and for it to have Google, Slack and Microsoft integrations are another huge plus. What do you like best about CocoFax?

The ability to add contacts and send faxes without having to immediately sign up for a paid subscription is great. The process for putting the fax itself together is really helpful as well. Their subscription service with the additional benefits such as receiving faxes digitally is super low-cost compared to other services. If I thought I would use it more often, I would be more than willing to pay for the services. I also really appreciate that you can check the status of any outgoing faxes easily and clearly. What do you dislike about CocoFax?

Aside from requiring a subscription to receive faxes or to reserve a permanent fax number, I have no complaints about CocoFax. I only need it in order to send some forms that I will be receiving via mail when they are filled out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CocoFax solving and how is that benefiting you?

CocoFax is helping me send out forms that I needed to get somewhere ASAP, without having to phone elsewhere to get it sent. It saved me a bunch of juggling with sending the forms to another location that has a fax machine in order to get them sent out, as well as saved me 2.5 hours of driving to deliver the form by hand. What do you like best about CocoFax?
