I appreciate CoAdvantage for enabling us to access large group health care plans at reasonable rates, something we couldn't qualify for as a small company. I like having everything in one place, and not having to file payroll reports or worry about the legal climate of tax filings is nice too. I had to replace our time tracking system because the old didn't integrate, and their integrated system isn't as good as what we had. The quality of customer service has declined over the past few months. Our original representative was very competent and helpful, but the replacements haven't been as good.
